Best in class sound and playability

This one sounds amazing ! All you need is a little compression and a decent DI and you are set.

The fit and finish is great and it's looks very nice. Thomann did setup before dispatching and they did a good job. For finger style players, this is an excellent purchase. The tuning stays for longer period and a great bridge. The active pickup is very powerful, but I'm not fan of their EQ. So may be you need to have an additional EQ somewhere in your pedal or amp.

No the neck, it's a dream. So smooth. The moment you touch the neck, you are a better player. Fantastic playability.

Now, the bad, The knobs are cheap, it doesn't feel good. Sire should install better hardware there, instead of the cheap plastic. It would be nicer if there are more spacing between the knobs. It's a bit confusing too.

A luxury Bass for an affordable price. Thank you Sire, great product !

Make your money worth

I have been looking for a 5 sting bass with swamp ash body & maple neck for a long time. Because I like the sound from this combination. I tried the recent release model Fender, Ultra, but I decided to go for Sire V7 and it proofed I made a right decision.
I bought Sire V7 vintage and it arrived after one week. The packing is completely fine for protection. The V7 sound is extraordinary with long and stay sustain even for the 5 string (B). The rolled edge neck is very comfortable to play. I have no complain on this Bass with this price.
This is a very good option if you are looking for a bass with good sound, quality and inexpensive. Highly recommend.

Booked this bass for my brother who was in India as he is a fan of this guitar, I was someone who was scared to ship guitars internationally but it was worth the risk
Well Thomann just changed my expectations. The guitar was in an excellent condition. I highly recommend buying guitars from here. Germany to dubai zero scratches haha : ) it was very well packed.
