Loud and clear
snufkin 22.10.2018
This tambourine is a real gem.
Sound it makes is loud, clear and cuts through noisy stage environment.
Also, it doesn't makes any noise when unused - which used to happen for cheap tambourines with really light jingles.
Only thing which makes it *sometimes* hard to use is pain :-D when you hit it too hard with a bare hand, you may get a bruise ;-)

Meinl TMT1B-BK Tambourine Review
Le Monk 14.01.2014
This Meinl tambourine has a nice, crisp and loud sound. It has a great quality feel to it and feels good sits really good in my mid-sized hands. It is not too heavy, although I have played some lighter tambourines similar in style. For me, the only draw back of this nice sounding tambourine is that it really is too loud for home recording studio use. It really is a great sound, but I think that many home recorders will agree that a less loud tambourine, probably single-row, is better in this type of situation. However, I am sure this one would be great for live applications!

Einfach Klasse!

Probleme. Spielt man beispielsweise schnelle 16-tel Figuren, so braucht man wesentlich mehr Kraft dafür.
Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Instrument.
