Millenium HW-900 Hardware Pack

I got this hardware pack with a kit that I bought from this site, as I thought it would be a good idea to have some spare hardware.

I used this hardware on my practice kit, which is used once a week.

Upon opening I was firstly impressed with the packaging of it.
Every item was nicely packaged and protected.

I was then very impressed with the detail to which had been added to these products. For example the snare drum stand had some very nice features, such as the ball point mechanism, allowing the snare to be angled at any desired position.

Each stand is of heavy duty and provides great stability.

I was impressed to find one of cymbal stands was not only a boom stand but it was a boom stand that can be turned in to a regular stand, by hiding away the boom arm.

The hi hat stand has lots of detail on it, allowing all kinds of different heights and angles.

The bass drum pedal, has a great foot response and decent speed.

None of this equipment has been damaged or broke since I got it, however I have not been moving this equipment around.

From my experience this hardware has been great.

This hardverpack came with my Yamaha drumkit and I like it so much. Very massive, stable cymbal stands and high quality hardwares.
The kick pedal has a lot of optiones to setup, you can do whatever you want. I'm so surprised of it, so smooth. You feel that it's something more expensive but it's not. Very good choise for this price. The hi-hat stand is very stable also with many options to setup. I love the snare stand snare stand with the "Omni Ball System". So cool!
I recommend this Hardware pack to everyone. So many options to setup, great quality and good stability for a ridiculous price.

This is the first thing I ever bought from Thomman, thinking it'll be all right for a year or two, until I can pay off the drums and cymbals. I still have it (4 full years in use), and it still works like a charm. Since then I bought a ton of Millenium products, not limited to drums (including a mixing station), and for majority of them I have only praise.

I wanted to write a review because for a "common" drummer (a hobby player like me) these products are god sent. Low cost, good quality, good handling (for example, these stands have all the memory locks needed, hi hat stand has a tension adjustment and cymbal angle adjustment, snare stand is infinitely adjustable etc.), good feel (non-slip feet, heavy bodies and dual braced legs, solid screws etc.). These will maybe not survive numerous gigging of a pro, but for rehearsals and an occasional live show (like in my case) they are unbeatable for the price.

The weakest point, I would say, is the pedal. Not bad, though, just the weakest of the pack, because pedals are a world of their own. This is a very solid and versatile pedal, with a lot (a lot!) of extra features worthy of most intermediate drummer, but pedals are something that take a beating constantly, and after a while you might need that extra quality (and feel?) of a more expensive brand. And yes, this is where you might not want to save money if you are a long time player.

P.S. I gave it 4 stars in quality just because there are definitely better stuff out there, but I give it 5+ stars in quality/price ratio!

These are some of the strongest and sturdy drum stands i have ever used. They come double braced and feel like they will last for ever. The Kick pedal my not be to everyones liking but its never going to fail on you.

The Hi-hat stand is smooth and offers a wide range of movement to get the exact position that you want.

The Stands have rubber feet that will stop them slipping when you don't have access to a drum mat. The snare stand is highly adjustable also and allows you to position in the most comfortable position.

I would recommend these to anyone!
