Mir fehlen etwas die Vergleichsmöglichkeite, Die Saiten sind auf einem recht alten 4-String Framus-Banjo, das wohl aus den 50er oder frühen 60ern stammt. Es bedarf noch weiterer Aufarbeitung. Die Spannung der Saiten ist angenehm, nicht zu stark aber auch nicht "schwabbelig". Der Ton ist drahtig, je nach Spielweise bis hin zu "funky". Ich spiele den Satz nun schon eine Weile und stelle fest, dass die Saiten eine ganze Zeit stimmstabil bleiben und auch den guten Ton behalten.

Aus meiner Sicht: empfehlenswert.

Für irische Tenorbanjos gibts es ja generell keine grosse Auswahl an Saiten. Diese klangen schön brilliant am Anfang und sehen nach etwa 6 Monaten immernoch gut aus. Klingen natürlich nicht wie am ersten Tag aber das ist klar.
