Simply amazing...
It seems this is the favorite pickup of Mr. Seymour.
Well... The man knows about it. SH2N is an amazing neck pickup, smooth and clear and with perfectly frequency dynamics. Superb bass without affect treble.
I did install it with his tradicional "brother" TB-4 Jeff Beck bridge pickup, which is a tradicional pickup set. Excellent set by the way.
The set is configured with a lot extra features (split coil, parallel - series, megabucker, etc) besides the tradicional 3 way switching.
And the SH2N is completely adaptable to those extra configurations, maintaining a top class response and tone.
The set is installed in a PRS Korea type guitar.
From metal to blues, dirty or clean amp, this is one of the best neck pickup I ever experienced. I highly recommend it for any style of music.

Quite an unbelievable transformation!
Wow wow and wow again! Finally got the right neck pup for the Ibanez 652! Had swapped original horror shows for dimarzio 36th Ann., but the neck was way too middles, which I personally hate. Dunno why I didn’t check the tone profile!! Anyhow this baby sounds great clean, has a lot of headroom and I got the tech guy to coil split to the pup next to the neck for more authentic strat sound ( couldn’t believe it was that easy!). I paired it with the JB neck trembucker version and its fabulous! Totally recommend these two and tbh, tho I’ve bought BKPs, I reckon they don’t offer a neck pup with that output and tone profile combo, and of course without the cover it’s a bloody steal!
If it doubt, try it out!
Oh and Thomann deliver in 4 days, to the door! Class!

Nice pup :)
Nice pickup, creamy lead tones, good string definition and detail. The SD Jazz has a 4 connection wire for split coil, which I don't think the SD 59 has.
Unlike the other review here I think the single coil split on this sounds beautiful, very straty, not much volume drop, but personally I prefer a slightly thinner and cleaner tone in my neck pickups, either single coil or roll the volume back with a treble bleed mod. I love my high gain rock and metal, but dailing back the guitar output and cleaning things up a bit so I can feel the tone and hear all the nuances also does it for me.... Playing "Little Wing" on the coil split with this pup gives me goose bumps. Nuff said :)

I couldn't be happier
Best humbucker I ever had. Versatile, splits very well for single coil stuff. Used as an upgrade on my HB fusion. Note transparency is great in both clean and dirty channels, and i think it cuts through the mix better than other humbuckers I've used in the past. Definately recommend it

Smooth Power
This is a product, that does what it claims to. Gives a really powerful, full sound, with low end really brought out. Perfect neck pickup.
I put it in my Semi acoustic Ibanez....sounds great.
Very well made, came with all the screws etc, as you would expect.

Replaced Epiphone LP Standard stock pickup
Use:
Replaced captioned guitar neck pickup
Mainly use with Line 6 HX Stomp / Helix Native plugin
After changing, the sound has changed significantly but not sure in a better or worse way.
The Jazz is more chimey as if a single coil, but now the bass freq is also quite loud

The alternative to the '59
This pickup is awesome! This is the third guitar I've installed it into.
Compared to the typical '59 neck that most Seymour Duncan-equipped guitars come with, the sound is more scooped (a bit less mid range) but brighter and bassier. It can do everything the '59 neck can do and Les Paul neck pickups can do, but it does them sounding a bit more modern.
The four conductor wiring allows you to do some "tricks" with it, also. I don't recommend using this pickup in split mode (the output is too low) but in parallel and with a four-conductor bridge pickup, it does a great job.
I put this one in my Gibson Les Paul and it sounds absolutely fantastic!

excellent neck PU
Clear and bright for a neck HB. Rolling off tone give a good jazz tone. Responsive, not too compressed sound.

Amazing humbucker pickup
Fantastic humbucker pickup, good price, good sound (especially for the 80s style of playing)... I give it 10/10!

Nice and bluesy
Very high quility. This HB sounds very open, soft, get mids and I think it is perfect for solos and bluesy rhythm stuff. It is perfect in combination with a TB-4 / SH-4 in the bridge.
