I had been seriuosly considering wireless DMX but had been put off by stories of dropouts and weird behaviour on various forums, then I spotted these xlr to cat5 adaptors in Thomanns catalogue, bought a couple and results were excellent. I find cat5s much easier to run than standard cables beause of their light weight
Very pleased with the results so far.
