Efficient Saxophone Swab
The swab will protect your pads from moisture left behind after cleaning the instrument. The fibers could be a little softer and more absorbent but the swab can take care of the job. The rubber stop doesn't etch the neck of the instrument but it will eventually corrode a little the area due to trapped moisture between the brass and the rubber stop (cosmetic wear and not visible). Although the fibers are a little harder than expected the swab will not scratch the finish and will successfully trap all moisture from the pads.

A good cleaning tool
It does what it's suppose to do, a good tool for cleaning the sax body.

cheap choice but not recommended
After talking with my sax technician he recommended to use a swipe leather cloth instead because the fabric of this swab stays in the saxophone and the pads

Average swab
Not as good as other swabs that I've used. It's OK, but its quality is reflected in its price.

Good product
This thing is great for keeping the inside my alto sax dry. I bought the neck and mouthpiece swab as well. Only comment is it takes some force to get the swab into the sax. Maybe over time it will wear a bit and get easier. The swabs work well.
