I was very satisfied with this subwoofer. I wasn't expecting a good quality for such a low price subwoofer, nevertheless I do not recommend the speakers from Behringer.

The Box Pro Achat 112 subA..more than decent!!!
Steve Z 22.05.2019
I ordered this active sub several months ago for home use connecting it with my PA (Yamaha stagepass 400i).This little sub made the difference...it does a hell of a job and you can only understand it if you try to compare your sound before and after connecting this subwoofer to the PA...it just does all the hard job and takes all the heavy duty leaving space for the normal speakers to perform better especially on mids and highs since they don't have to carry all the low frequency load.
PROS: 1) It is really loud for home use so as far as power is concernerned,it is more than enough for this purpose.. you have to push it to much until it starts to distort or set wrong eq on your mixer and instruments.
2) It is noiseless
3) It is relatively ligth and easy to carry
4) simple features very easy to use
and 5) Very good sound quality for its price range.DO NOT make the mistake to compare it with high-end active subwoofers that cost double price..the sound quality for its price is more than decent!
So far no CONS really...would definetely buy again!

Not a bass monster - but very good
PoeKey 15.04.2022
I combine the 112 Sub A with an Aspen-Pittman Space Station 3 to emulate a classic Leslie for organs (they require lows, and the SS3 cuts at 100Hz). On occasion, I have also used the combination with a Mackie mixer as a small PA (works well).
For this use, the sub does a very good job. It integrates well with the SS3, it's easy to determine a good cross-over point, and the balance is retained at most levels (the SS3 can be very loud). It takes a little time to find the best settings, but for my use that is more or less a one-time thing.
Connections are as they should be, XLR balanced + 6.3mm jacks unbalanced, with the option to daisy-chain with additional subs.
This is still a small sub, easy to handle (bless it), so it won't produce monster bass for large venues - not by a long shot. But for the organ I have played venues with 100-200 patrons with ease, without tapping into FOH.
Had it for about three years, used it and hauled it around quite a lot, with zero issues. An easy recommendation.

Perfect.
Peter R. 438 14.02.2022
A solo performer fixed on quality mono sound, carrying, setup/taredown time saving. This sub is around my limit to carry, returning very good sound for its size and cost.
Used correctly, this sub certainly increases my performance sound, without increasing my volume, some perfect ballance for a really smooth sound.
Good job well done Thomann .

Punchy
Jedster 20.08.2020
This little chap is easy to carry but packs a punch. Easily handles the low end for some small satellite speakers and with a 2nd sub, you could push the db level pretty high (with the right mid/tops).

Quite a compact subwoofer... but makes a big difference.
SoulWorks 19.10.2019
We are delighted with this purchase. It's not been in use much so far, but already the results are very pleasing. The biggest difference is that it frees up the main speakers to focus on mid-high frequencies... and therefore the overall sound quality has improved. We only use one in a small church building (seats about 70), but for us it's enough. I image that a larger venue would probably require two (or more) or 15" / 18" size.

We took 4 items for open-air EDM parties
Moni Sacred Garden 02.12.2021
The sound is clear for techno, electronic, house, psytrance events. For drum-n-bass events, we are going to take 2 items more.
Useful high cut.
We have 4 items of this product, the t.amp E-800 + 2 x the box PA 302.
Also, we have 5.7Kw petrol generator and a lot of DMX lights.
All equipment works great.

Thanks a lot! Enjoy!

Used in a Bass System
Paul S. 767 28.05.2013
I use the sub in conjunction with an AER Bass One amp. It makes a very flexible and portable system which I use with both fretted and fretless bas.

Great sound
Peter C. 863 28.08.2013
I bought this to add some umph to my PA, especially as I use a drum box. Wow, and did it! Fantastic sub and well worth the price. Even our bass player now runs his amp into my PA! Excellent build quality too.
