I use my bag for Tom 1501 (which sits in there like a charm) and so far it has protected it well. The bag also features two side pockets for holding your scores or a thiner lap-top (eg. most apple lap-tops should fit in there without a problem). The straps seem to be mounted well also. Let's see how it will stand the test of time, but so far I have nothing bad to say about this product.
