Silent plug indeed!
This is a revelation for me. Being able to unplug and plug the cable without any buzzing or nasty clicks might sound like a small and barely important thing, but it makes all the difference in the world!
The cable itself is sturdy and well-built, I must say I'm not the one to hear differences between different cables, so this is just as good as my old cheap Klotz cable... without the bzzzzzzt!
I recall reading a review where silent plug system doesn't work on guitars with active PUs... well on my 7-string Schecter it works! Still silent even on that one.
I'm stoked beyond words. Silent plug should be standard on ALL jack cables EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD!
Get yourself these. You will thank me later.

High quality
Fantastic quality and saves any loud pops on unplugging when i forget to mute.
Wish they did a version of this with an angled connection at the amp end, to better fit my pedalboard.

Great low impedance cable
Most people praise the plug, and of course it's great, but Neutrik Silent plugs are already available (and standard in lots of environments) for many years so that's the least interesting part as far as I am concerned. The impedance of the cable is great and that's why I bought it. I would assume this cable has a very long longevity as well, since it's extremely sturdy/thick. The downside of course being less flexibility and a bit more cable management if you move around with it a bit.

It really works
This is probably the best quality cable I have ever owned. I bought 3 when I started gigging again, so that I would have spares, but I've only ever used 1 of them.
There's no more need to turn down the volume on the amp or P.A, when unplugging because it really is silent and will not damage your equipment.
The cable housing is top quality and does not twist like others do. It coils so easily and it's unplugged and in the bag in seconds.
I would buy this again if my current stock ever fails, but I would buy a longer one next time.

My first cable with "crack-free" insertion, and i felt in love with ability to switch guitar without having to put my tube amps on standby.

Amazing microphonic feedback on high gains
Tone wise excellent and they look durable. They don't mask highs at all. However, they are amazingly microphonic ( both the ones I bought) on high gain/high volume settings. Even my cheapest cables were not so problematic. I stopped using them as even when I moved my gate threshold to 100% they were STILL microphonic. Poor product for metal. Disappointed on the cost. Switched to my trusty Monster cables which sound fantastic and are on the same price range.

I use this cable for practice at home and recording.
