not as good as original
I bought it for my telecaster project. I have the cheapest HB TE20. The original chrome neck plate is much nicer product. It has drilled cavity for bolt heads and it is thicker. I was a bit disappointed when I saw this product, but the color is nice and holes are matching and that is why I bought it.

fits my telecaster perfectly.
I bought this when I was fixing up a beat up old Squier telecaster. It's well machined and it fits the telecaster neck screw positions.

No that good
The paint wear a lot faster than I imagine. When I use a microfiber to gently clean the plate, scratch marks appears. Also they are some spot on the 4 holes that are not paint correctly.

Perfect fit for MIM Fender
Color is not shiny but mat.
Used this neck plate on a Fender MIM when changing all hardware to black.
At this price simply unbeatable.

Ok
Holes not bevelled, meaning screw heads will sit on the guitars body.
