Very versatile !
I originally used this to mount a second mic to the lower portion of my stand. I found this so useful I bought a second one.
Now I use them to extend the height of my stereo bar, or space mics differently in an array.
I use them as a straight bar, or bend them to whatever angle I require. Sometimes I use both, screwed together, as a single piece. The quality is excellent, and they maintain their stiffness really well. I have had no issues with sagging, even when supporting four mics + shockmounts on a large stereo bar.
All-in-all these are a very versatile part of my recording kit.

Good Quality
A good product, as most things are that come from K&M - I have a couple of different lengths of these for different applications, and it's great that they have these options!
I had a cheaper version of this which was OK, but this one stays in the same position you put it, where some of them spring back to where they want to be!
You may need an adapter to fit stands with different thread sizes.

stable as it has to be
I need a gooseneck which is stable enough to hold big and heavy mics too.
It has to resist strong vibrations too, because it is mounted in a isolation cabinet for recording my guitar signal. This gooseneck seems to be made for such extraordinary stresses and strains.
Of course it's sometimes a bit strong to move... but it works fine.

Gooseneck for heavyweight microphones
This diameter of gooseneck perfectly fits for a heavyweight microphones such as a Shure Super 55 Deluxe. Keeps it strong and stable! Smaller goosenecks could not hold my mic.

Highly malleable yet robust!
I have used 2 in a modification to a guitar isolation cab and am very pleased with their rigidity. Perfect for aiming mics at cone centre or speaker edge depending on project or tone required.

Flexible tripod, a good helper!
A very useful thing when you have to place the microphone where conventional rack can not be accommodated. Flexible Tripod made ??reliably from a good metal, very well-kept predetermined shape microphone bolted to this tripod is not falling. Ideal for placing the microphone on the table.

Good Stiff Neck
Used to hold two small diaphragm condensors on a stereo bar to record a congregation in a church. It has been up for about 6 months now nad hasnt sagged at all. Really good quality, as would be expected from K&M.
