Nice sounding bongas
Uros S 01.04.2015
I bought those mainly to learn some latino rhytm and to add some sound to our acoustic music and of course to give it to the kids to learn some percussion beats.
Instrument is very solid made and sound wise quite well sounding considering the price I paid for. It comes with a tuning key which is very useful in terms of getting a more propoer sound out of the drums.
Comparing to higher level instruments sure is a big difference, but for learning and adding some latino beats to the music you play and also for live gigging, the instrument is just perferct. Of course you should not expect the details and sound to be like with 8 times more expanisve, but overall difference is smaller then price difference is.

Very good for the price but not same color as in picure.
TrEr 31.01.2018
The quality is impressive for the price. The sound is not quite as good as the most expensive bongos I've tried but more than adequate.

The only negative is that the color in the picture is VERY misleading. In the pictures it looks kinda golden and shiny with an even finish. In real life if has a natural wood color so more brown'ish and put together from very different looking pieces of wood. So it has a more "striped" apperance with varying shades of natural wood color. If I had known this I would probably had considered the other color option instead.

In short: It looks a lot cheaper than in the photos but works fine sounds great.

Great fun.

I'm only learning to play the bongos, so I didn't want to spend a lot on a beginner kit. But I feel these are adequate for any level of player.

Millenium MB202H NT feedback

I bought this because they were cheap and I expected the sound of congas, the deep percussive one, although they were in fact bongos.

Bongos are good if you have a good deep sound conga sound in your setup, just to top it over with bongos accents.

Sound is not spectacular, but they make good practice if you're planning to improve yourself in the percussive art.

Good for starters, but if you want more quality sound I recommend looking also at other more expensive ones.

Good bongos for beginners
Anonymous 20.06.2016
Bought these as my first bongos. They suit me perfectly as I am a beginner.

They are relatively well built and have a more or less decent sound for the price.
The only problem I got is the fact that the heads were breaking for some reason, so I just switcher to heads made from leather and had no problems since.

The construction is very simple so any beginner will quickly learn how to handle them and replace something if needed.

The sound is good, can be improved if switched to a better quality head.
If you are looking for you first bongo set, then look no further, this a great option.

The item was received with mold on it, probably something at the factory.

Millenium bongo
Markku59 24.11.2014
I wanted a bunch of different percussion instruments for my new, small home studio. The aim was to get not too pricy instruments but of acceptable quality. This bongo falls very well in that category. The sound of it is quite nice to my ears. I've found no flaws in it. Could have included the information of tuning the bongo and how to change a head. On the other hand the information is easily found via internet.

Cheap bongos
Aki V. 28.01.2015
These are good ones to start practising bongo playing. Of course you cannot expect the tone or sound to be pro, but it's a bit different actually than the more expensive bongos I have played - if that's what you are looking for.
