This amp is a beast. It has all the features anyone would need in a live or studio environment. The sound is amazing, from clean to mean distortion. Works great with pedals as well.

a monster among amps

Well, where to start really? I'm a hobby musician who finally decided it was time to pickup a new amp after years of playing a ampeg svt-450h and damn the difference couldn't be more clear!
First of all the build in compressor is a dream come true especially playing a fretless... I honistly never thought i needed one, now i dont think i ever turn it off.
while i cant say anything bad about this amp, it has to be said that the EQ feels a little limiting and could use a couple of extra knobs.
then we come to the absolute showbeast of this amp, the build in alpha and omega pedal it's truly breathtaking and cuts right through the mix!

Quadratisch, praktisch, klingt gut

Ich nutze den Verstärker jetzt seit 2 Wochen, und spiele Melodeath. Die Verarbeitung ist beeindruckend schön. Er ist ganz praktisch zu transportieren. Ich war immer ein Röhren-Fan, jetzt nicht mehr. Bin immer noch kein Pedal-Enthusiast, daher muss der Ton aus dem alleinstehenden Amp befriedigend sein.
Der Ton ist sehr vielfaltig, von vielen variierten starken Zerren zu runden warmen Tönen. Die Band-EQ ist dabei wirklich hilfreich um den Ton fein zu regeln und sich durch den Bandmix durchzusetzen.
PROs:
+Vielfältigkeit der Zerre
+Freundliche Maßen und Gewicht
+Flexibilität bei Tonregelung dank Param-EQ
+Footswitch kompakt und inklusiv! (bei vielen Herstellern als Zubehör verkauft)
+Viele Ausschlüße (2DI-Outs, zum üben hat man einen Aux in und einen Kopföhrer-Ausgang)
+Sieht gut aus
+Made in Europa

Contra:
-Footswitch gewöhnungsbedürftig (1 knopf für Zerrenschaltung und Muten) , gibt aber eine jetzt eine Verbesserung dafür (siehe unten)
-kein Tuner-Ausgang
-hätte gerne auf dem Footswitch weitere Knöpfe gehabt, um Alpha und Omega umzuschalten, und damit ein paar mehr Tonwahlmöglichkeiten zu haben
Edit: Das super Intelligent Footswitch ermöglicht jetzt eine flexiblere Kontrolle des Amps. Muss man dazu kaufen und ist leider ein bisschen teuer aber lohnt sich.
-kein Poti zur Spaltung des signals im FX-Loop
