La mia Les Paul ne ha passate tante, razionalmente lo strumento sarebbe da restaurare da cima a fondo ma il cuore mi dice ti mantenerla così com'e!
Questo capotasto mi ha facilitato la vita nel migliorare di tantissimo l'intonazione, montaggio abbastanza semplice, solo qualche piccola limatura per rendere perfetto l'alloggiamento.
Ovviamente gli slot delle corde vanno rilavorati un po' per rendere l'action ottimale.

I bought this nut as I was having tuning issues with my GIbson Les Paul. This is a shelf nut that has been crafted to help assist with intonation. From my experience there seems to be little friction caused by the nut as the string sits in the slot which helps with the tuning issues and lifespan of the nut as the string isnt picking up enough friction to carve its way through the nut. The installation of the nut was also fairly easy as it was a perfect fit when I removed the stock Gibson nut. Since installing this nut I have noticed a dramatic increase in tuning accuracy and stability.

Sonst ein tolles Teil.
Bisher habe ich auf Ibanez Knochensattel oder Graphtech Tusq gesetzt. Die passten in >95% aller Fälle problemlos und waren immer ein gangbarer Weg wenn ab Werk 08/15 Plastiksättel verbaut sind.
Nun habe ich für meine leidplagende, alte PRS, die nicht sauber zu stimmen war, einen 0-Bund Sattel bestellt und eben den Earvana. Der Zero-Fret ist echt mühsam, da er sehr viel Anpassungsarbeit (am Sattel und dem Bunddraht) voraussetzt.
Das Ergebnis ist zwar eine nochmal bessere Saitenlage, wie man es vom 0-Bund erwartetet, aber dennoch, auch wenn es nur wenn überhaupt 1/10mm sind, klingen offene Akkorde noch immer nicht sauber (bei allen anderen Gitarren ist es erträglich bis vernachlässigbar).
Also nochmal runter, nochmal feilen, Earvana dran, passte ohne Anpassung perfekt aufs Griffbrett und siehe da: Die Saitenlage ist um weniger als 1/10 gegen den 0 Bund rauf am 1. Bund, was man zwar messen, aber beim Spielen nicht fühlen kann, dafür klingen jetzt offene Akkorde ebenso sauber, wie am restlichen Griffbrett.

Einzig - und dafür ziehe ich den Punkt ab - sieht das Teil schrecklich aus. Wahrscheinlich "Recycling-ABS" Hier wäre noch sehr viel Luft nach oben: Weiss, Creme u. Schwarz wären mir nochmal ein paar Euro wert.
Dieses Graubraun passt zu keiner meiner Gitarren.
