Ultimate Universal Percussion holder

I use this mounted to either a boom cymbal stand or even my hi-hat stand.
This genious piece of kit enables me to attach all manner of percussion to a convenient place on my kit.
I have not had any issue with this and I would recomend it to anyone.

the structure is good, but the fitting to hold the irons to place the blocks or other instruments, are plastic... if you don't pay attention and make some movement a little stronger, it breaks... but it works fine.

Ich tue mich eigentlich schwer, über Hardware Rezensionen zu schreiben, wenn sie sich nicht direkt auf das Spielgefühl auswirken (Fußmaschinen z.B.) oder außerordentliche Eigenschaften haben.

Hier greift keine der beiden Kriterien, aber das hält mich nicht davon ab, diese Rezension zu schreiben. Wieso? Weil der Percussionhalter einfach hält. Und das tut er außerordentlich gut.

Woodblocks? Nicht mal eine Herausforderung. Schwere Cowbells? Kein Thema. Mit Z-Rods eine Ablage für einen Holzbalken zum Sägen bauen? Klar, wieso nicht?

Abzüge gibt es für mich lediglich im Handling und in der Verarbeitung. Ich hätte es schön gefunden, wenn die einzelnen Aufnahmen für die Rods verschiebbar wären, sodass man auch unterschiedlich große Instrumente gleichmäßiger nebeneinander bekommt. Und mein Exemplar war an einigen Ecken etwas scharfkantig, aber ohne Verletzungsgefahr.

Also: Dieser Percussionhalter ist sein Geld wert. Und er ist ein Stück Hardware, was man einmal kauft und was einen dann ein Leben lang begleitet (wenn man beim Holz sägen auf Z-Rods nicht aus Versehen zu weit sägt).
