Best headphones under £100

I have been using the more expensive HD25 headphones for 20 years and rate their sound and build quality, when I saw the light version was available now i bought a pair for my daughter to listen to music and also for monitoring purposes on her pc, then I got a pair for my partner as she needed some decent headphones for her computer for too.
The sound is pretty much identical to my more expensive HD25's and I haven't heard better headphones at this price. The build quality seems good as we haven't had any breakages yet, and as far as I know all parts are repaceable if anything does break. The sound is amazing and well balanced, bass is exceptional and volume more than adequate.

1st My only criticism is I wish the cable was longer that said, great product & price. Light & comfortable, great sound. These head phones work great with my DDM 400 also purchase from Thomman. Next to purchase are cd players. Great customer service, I Highley recommend buying from Thomann

Un casque léger et fiable pour voyager

Après une expérience moyenne avec un Focal One Pro où la conception mécanique défaillante et l'impossibilité de réparer faute de pièces détachées ainsi que l'usage généralisé de collages rendent toute réparation impossible. Après un premier problème Focal m'avait changé gracieusement le casque. Sur le second, le même problème est survenu après quelques mois. Comme Sennheiser propose une mécanique plus solide, mais surtout un catalogue complet de pièces détachées, je me suis tourné vers cette marque et j'ai choisi dans leur gamme un classique abordable.

Le son et correct avec un grave un peu accentué. Comme j'ai changé les coussinets d'origine pour des velours, le résultat est plus neutre. Le son du Focal était plus défini dans les fréquences aigües et globalement plus analytique. Le HD-25 isole bien, est léger et se fait oublier rapidement en procurant une écoute confortable et agréable.

Ce casque facile à vivre, conçu pour durer est parfait pour voyager, pour du monitoring de musicien en studio, en reportage. Je ne le trouve pas assez analytique pour des travaux audio plus pointus en studio. Mais dans cette gamme de prix, le service attendu est bien là.
