Thon Amp Case Mesa Boogie Mark V H

I bought this case because I frequently take my Mark V head from the rehearsal studio so I could maintain working on the songs at home or when going to the gigs. In my opinion it is wise to spend some extra money to protect your equipment, especially if you consider it a long term companion (as I do). And I believe this case is a great protection for my gorgeous amp. The measures are customized to specific needs of Mesa/Boogie Mark V head and therefore it is reasonably fixed and stable while on the fly. Also, there is a great balance between the weight of the case and its solidity. The interior is adequately cushioned so I believe that any reasonable shock could be absorbed without any damage made to an amp. On my list, the most important thing for the amp case is that the locking mechanism is trustworthy and this one really is of that kind. Moreover, it is easy to tell if the top cover is adequately jointed with the base of the case so the possibility of unwanted surprise when you lift the case up is minimal. :) The handles are well costructed, but I would like to see a bit more firmness there in the future. But perhaps my perception of the handles is just inversely correlated to the price of the Mark V... :) Also, I would appreciate the additional compartment for the footcontroller in the interior of the case and the locking mechanism with key, but this is not something to complain about. I recommend this case without even a hint of hesitation.

Ich habe mir Anfang 2017 einen lange gehegten Wunsch erfüllt und mir einen Gitarrenamp von MESA Boogie gekauft, den Mark V als Topteil, dazu die passende 2*12er Box. Tolle Kombination! Da von Anfang klar war, dass ich damit auch unterwegs sein werde, habe ich für den Amphead dieses Case bestellt. Der Boogie wird darin gut geschützt, eine Beschädigung ist quasi nicht mehr vorstellbar. Ausreichend Platz für das nötigste Zubehör ist ja quasi im Topteil selbst - Stromanschlusskabel, Lautsprecherkabel und eine Ersatzsicherung reisen also immer mit. Nur die zum Amphead gehörige Staubschutzhülle passt dann doch nicht mehr auf den Amp, bevor er in das Case wandert.

Nun ist der MESA Boogie Mk V schon alleine kein Leichtgewicht, mit dem Case drumherum wird es dann aber wirklich bleischwer. Gut, dass Thomann da mitgedacht hat und dem Case zwei Klappgriffe beschert. So kann die Last dann bequem von zwei Leuten getragen werden.

Wer seinen Amp liebt, der transportiert ihn gut verpackt. Und viel besser als dieses Case wird es nicht. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

franchement de tels produits sont necessaire pour proteger comme meme tete d'ampli a 3000 euro.... assez solide mais point vu personel je pense que ya des petits details qu'il faut corriger comme les coins boules, ca glisse et si on veut laisser la tete d'ampli sur la base du case et poser le tout sur un cab et bah faut que le cab ne soit pas muni de poigné en haut ca glisse et c'est pas stable, des embouts ca aurait etait mieux je pense au lieu des boules,,,,,, de toute façon je recomande vivement ce produit si on veut pas avoir flinguer ca tete ;))))
