A pretty addition to any studio desk

I got mine for my home studio. It was hard to find a similar product where I live. Luckily T had it.

This thing is just pretty! Suits my wooden desk perfectly and is robust, so I can put things on it like an additional display = gives space for more stuff. This is good in a limited home studio space.

The only unimportant qualm is that the screws that come with it are not shiny but a little gritty on the surface. Doesn't bother me at all though.

Immediately purchased another one, but bigger this time, and I'll get a third one when my racks start to fill up in the faaar future... Good job with this, Germany! Content customer here.

Unexpected glued plate

The past year I bought Thon Studio Desktop Rack 4U Beech.
Bought again because i needed 2U more. After one year they changed something, they added a glued plate. I think that nobody want that plate with the logo. Please change the thumbnail pictures because doesn't reflect the real product.

Very solid and well built

My use case is probably a little different from most people as I purchased this to store some computer gear that's rackable (KVM switch, network switch, router and patch panel), to keep it all neat and tidy, and it does the job wonderfully!

It's got some weight to it but that's most definitely a good thing, as it looks and feels really solid and sturdy, even when empty. It also looks great and fits really well into a bedroom/office type setup.

There was some slight cosmetic damage on one of the rear corners, but it is very robust and was being shipped all the way to Australia.

I would definitely recommend and I'd absolutely buy it again if I had to.

Solid, well made, does the job nicely

Does exactly what the description says - hold 6 x 19" rack units (I currently have 5 in there, so need one more ;) ).

Very solid and reassuringly heavy too, which is probably erring on the side of negativity, but when you're entrusting it with a good few hundred Euro/Pounds-worth of gear, you want it to give you confidence that it will hold it all in place safely and securely, which is does.

It's also handy that it comes with all the screws and washers to fix the units in place. Overall, extremely pleased with this piece of Thon gear and would certainly consider more.
