Hellcat

This is a very well-produced 12-string guitar and is more than fit for road-work.

Though the strings might not be to everyone's taste, I found I could hammer out a very clear-sounding instrumental...even in open-G minor. (variant of open G).

The U Tube video I quickly strummed gained many visitors...with a very simple recording through a Zoom hand-held recorder.

It was given as a birthday present...and has now been gigged the other side of the Atlantic. Built to last, smallish body and a tight sound. Good electronics though tuner is very wobbly...probably due to the overtones from other strings?
Good product, sounds and plays well.

I would suggest its the best 12 string accoustic under 1000 eur.

The finish is amazing! Wood tone, pattern and overall guitar design looks really well made. Even though it is an accoustic model, the concert body shape makes it somewhat smaller, lighter and more compact than, say, Jumbos or Dreadnoughts. However not much of sound is wasted because of a smaller size. Guitar has a mellow and comfy tone, with a bit more of bass and a natural "in-control" resonanse. Contrary to most other accoustic guitars, it also has a very defined and "strict" sound, giving you a lot of control for what you play. String action is low and lets you to play barre easily, despite being a 12 string model. Built-in tuner is sharp and fast, other electronics work like it should be working. Can tell nothing about the machines yet, I will see in the near future how it holds. So far, everything is sharp and nice.

Built quality is decent with almost no imperfections. The only set back in my particular model is a bit of space left in the back corner of neck-body joint, between neck and body (lack of glue or something). I will try to inquire Thomann if it might cause problems in the future.

The instrument was frankly frustrating, I expected more from Fender. Neck setting terrible (curve like a bow), strings was rusted, small crack between neck and body, frets ends was sharp, tail pieces string pins were deformed and ugly. Yes, all of these faults are fixable, but is this normal? I fixed these defects and now the instrument is playable. But if I had known in which condition the instrument would arrive, I would not have ordered it ....

Le son est riche malgré son corps de petite taille, un peu trop faible au niveau des basses, même avec des hard-bottoms fraîchement montées, c'est un petit peu dommage.

Elle est agréable à jouer, personnellement je ne trouve pas les cordes trop éloignées du manche comme certains. Son corps "concert" la rend aussi légère et facilement transportable.

La qualité de fabrication est passable mais certains éléments laissent à désirer comme la rosace peinte de bien piètre qualité par exemple. De loin, elle fait vraiment de l'effet mais beaucoup moins de près.

L'accordeur est satisfaisant mais pas vraiment précis, je recommande plutôt d'en acheter un séparément.

Je n'ai pas encore essayé la guitare branchée donc je ne peux pas me prononcer à ce sujet.
