This is a great clip but it needs a lot of turns before it fits well. Not a quick lock and release solution.

Bought this to replace the stock one-piece wingnuts on Thomann's 'Millenium' 718 series cymbal stands. The old wingnuts had become worn and these were the ideal replacement and are much simpler that separate wingnuts and collars etc.
They are sometimes a little hard to twist but work perfectly otherwise.

Good wing nut to replace the ones I lost

These pretty very well with my Millenium cymbal stands. They can be kind of hard to tighten, but they do the job. I have no additional complaints about these wing nuts, and for the price, they are great.
