After owning a rack made by another unmentioned producer I switched to this one. There were three reasons for this switch: First of all he overall stability (it's really unbelieveble how solid is it), second of all iy easily hold 5 guitars and third of all with the expansion kit I'm able to comfortably fit 7 guitars!!! I save space in my music room and I have all my guitars ready to play and they are safe.

Stevige standaard

Mijn 6 gitaren passen prima. De afstanden tussen de 3 akoustische gitaren en 3 electrische vitaren is ruim voldoende. Ik denk dat er nog wel een basgitaar bij kan.
De standaard is stevig genoeg voor mijn thuisgebruik.
Ik heb er 1 uitbreiding bij besteld. Die was makkelijk toe te voegen.
Al die losse standaards zijn nu gelukkig weg. Ruimt prima op.

Dit is geen rotzooi. Er zijn veel goedkopere stands te vinden. Maar je merkt hier echt dat je kwaliteit in huis haalt. Lekker stevig. Gitaren blijven goed staan. Je kunt zelfs uitbreiden zodat je nog meer gitaren kwijt kunt. Fantastisch product.

Robust stand, no problems, even with nitro finish

A big thumbs up for this stand! It's strongly built and looks fine - not as pretty as a wooden stand but not an eyesore either. I use it to hold 2 acoustics, 2 electrics and a bass - it takes up far less room than separate stands would.

Also: one of the reasons I bought it was because I'd had problems with cheap Millennium stands reacting with the nitrocellulose finish on my acoustic. It says 'not suitable for nitrocellulose finishes' in the product listing, but after looking on the Hercules website's FAQ (where they say it is safe for the majority of nitro finishes) I went ahead and bought it anyway. No problems so far! (Although from reading around forums, a) most nitro reactions happen when the guitar is new and the finish is still curing, and b) nitro formulations vary so you can never be 100% sure that a stand won't react.)

Anyway, an excellent stand for 5 guitars that won't break the bank.
