I mostly enjoy really heavy strings which give me the possibility to strain my fingers even more!

So I decided to try the Adamas 1919 Historic Reissue strings& they are warm, earthy& rich in the tone spectrum.

The A5, G3& B2/H2 tone is thinner than the gradations of other manufacturers so it gets a special unique tone.

It is a fully orientation on the eighties original specifications& the thickness are .x13, .x16, .x25w, .x35w, .x47w, .x56w.

Alors là, rien à redire, ces cordes sont géniales ! Peut-être même les meilleures que j'ai essayées ! Le son est parfaitement équilibré, très bien dessiné, assez brillant et assez profond à la fois, et en plus de ça pour un tirant medium, elles sont plutôt très faciles à jouer (par rapport aux Gibson par exemple) ! Le seul bémol est que la corde de mi aigu est un peu fragile, celle de sol aussi mais un peu moins. Cela dit si vous restez en accordage standard et donc ne risques pas de les casser, ces cordes sont parfaites pour vous ! Excellent rapport qualité-prix, si ces cordes faisaient plus parler d'elles, Elixir se retrouveraient à la rue en moins de deux !

Klingen auf meiner Ovation nicht so gut wie 12er

Mir ist der Klang im Vergleich zu 12er Saiten etwas zu dumpf. Und auch die Stimmung war teils minimal daneben mit diesen Saiten. Liegt aber ziemlich sicher an der Kombi meiner Ovation mit diesen Saiten.
