I am very satisfied with this guitar, maybe a bit overpriced when compared to Squiers, but it has a lot of unique qualities:

1. It is a VERY LIGHTWEIGHT guitar and that's something that I appreciate.
2. It has a childlike, playful quality. It's hard to explain, but I feel like the whole design gives you some looseness in your playing and boosts you to be more creative and explore some new ground.
3. A versatile guitar, it has a crunchy/treble sound in the bridge, great for indie/grunge/rock territory and a warm p90 sound in the neck, for blues, soul. I've used it mostly for jazz, neo soul and indie rock. The chambered body gives a beautiful sound
4. Unique design, always a conversation starter :)

Now for some downsides:

1. Few days after it arrived, the sound would fade away or become jumpy when switching between pickups or using tone/volume pots. I found out it's because of stale electronics. I opened it up, sprayed some electronic spray cleaner under the tone/volume pots and it started working just fine
2. The volume and tone pots look very cheap (you can't see the numbering very well), putting new strings is a bit of a hassle as it goes over and under the bridge and the guitar strap behind the neck limits your playing to the 15-th fret max.

buena calidad de construcción y sonido

No había probado ninguna guitarra de esta marca, pero me gustaba mucho su estética y tipo de pastillas. Tengo una PSR Mira americana y queria algo mas de batalla pero que sonara bien y no trasteará. Pues bien esta guitarra cumple con todo eso. Es muy bonita, tiene buen sonido y vino ajustada a una acción perfecta de las cuerdas para mi. El mástil es estrecho yo tengo las manos pequeñas y de lujo. Recomendada! Saludos! :)

Nostalgische Zeitreise

Die Gitarre wurde perfekt eingestellt geliefert. Es waren asolut keine Korrekturen notwendig. Topverarbeitung und toller Sound.
Die Farbe tut ihr übriges, um mir eine nostalgische Zeitreise zurück zu den alten Surfern und Rock 'n' Rollern zu ermöglichen. Die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten der Klangregelung mittels der unterschiedlichen Pickups laden zum Experimentieren ein.
Fazit:
Eine tolles Instrument zu einem guten Preis. Damit zu spielen macht einfach Spaß.

Ma première Danelectro

Plutôt habitué au Tele/ST/JM, je me suis lancé sur cette Danelectro. Un son incroyable, et pour un produit à ce prix, qualité de fabrication au top, contrairement aux versions asiatiques de chez Fender. Même pas besoin de passer par un réglage chez un luthier, la guitare est vraiment juste.
Le manche est super confortable (ok c'est subjectif...mais le reste aussi non?), elle sonne, elle à un vrai caractère et elle est magnifique.
Totalement séduit.
