Super comfortable
One of the best decisions I made was to not cheap out on a decent strap. This one is the most comfortable and overall best I have.

Most comfortable strap I have every worn.
I bought this strap purely because of it's looks, the strap is a beautiful colour and looks great on my guitar. It's the first proper leather thing I have ever bought, and (although this is a strange thing to say) it smells great. You know the new guitar smell that wears off after a while? It's like that but it seems to be permanent.
The strap comes in it's longest form, you can take it down 4 notches, effectively halving it's length. (I'm pretty short, so this is exactly what I did.) as well as this on the tail end are three holes, so you can again change the angle the guitar rests and the height of the strap.
As with most new things, the strap is sort of stiff at first, but after a while you begin to wear it in. The strap itself doesn't have any plastics or metals on it, you use the notches in the strap, so there aren't any buckles or clips. This makes it a very comfortable strap.
Unfortunately, the strap is quite thick. (This in itself is a good feature.) But it does mean that you can't use a strap lock on it. The disk in the middle will just pop out.
You can fix this, like I did, by unscrewing the strap-knobs from the guitar and putting on a washer, then the strap and then screwing it back onto the guitar. this does mean that you can't take off the strap without unscrewing it. I don't suggest you do it unless you intend to keep the strap on the guitar.

sheer quality on your shoulder!
I'm proud of my Gibson es 175 and wanted to have an OEM branded strap. I'd initially balked at the price ... but finally ordered one before they considered stopping making them (like the guitar) and It's a really nice item.
High quality leather -extremely comfortable and beautifully made - I love it!

Great but expensive
I bought this strap to go on my newly bought Gibson LP. The quality is great (the new leather smell is great), the quality is great and the comfort is great, the only downsize is the price. It's basically just a piece of leather but as it has Gibson written on it it's expensive.

very nice strap
I bought a gibson reissue 57 Goldtop. For this nice guitar i needed a nice strap too. After a long time of research i found this strap on the thomann website. And i was not disspointet. Very easy to install it on the guitar. Now the guitar also looks much better with this strap.
