Smart but not comfortable

For many years I have used the larger Neotech straps on my saxes, tenor and alto, and the comfort and quality is supreme. The bounce you get from the stretchy collar takes half of the weight of the horn off your neck literally. I ordered this smaller strap as the bigger one looks a bit ugly with evening dress at formal performances.

It arrived and I used it for half of one gig before I had to swap back to the larger one. It had none of the weight-removing quality of the larger one, even with the alto I soon had a sore neck leading to a lasting headache! In addition, I found the strings which you have to wrap around a plastic toggle awkward to sue, and one string soon pinged undone, leaving me feeling vulnerable about the sax falling, and using my arms much more to carry the weight of the sax. I think it should only be used for soprano sax.
I would actually like a refund if it were possible?

Ich habe den Gurt für mein Tenorsaxophon gekauft und ich finde ihn unbrauchbar!
Warum? Der Verstellmechanismus, mit dem man die Länge einstellen kann, hält nicht von alleine. Man muss die Schnur um den Mechanismus fädeln, damit sich die Länge nicht verstellt. Das klappt nur, wenn man vor einem Spiegel steht, da der Verstellmechanismus bei korrekter Länge unter dem Kinn ist und man ihn nicht sehen kann.
Ich spiele abwechseln im Sitzen und im Stehen und muss dafür immer die Gurtlänge ändern, das ist bei diesem Gurt immer ein riesen Akt.
Der Gurt meines Musiklehrers lässt sich einfach durch leichtes Entlasten des Gurtes verstellen und hält dann die Länge.

Außerdem ist der Gurt im Halsbereich sehr unbequem.
Aus meiner Sicht ein klarer Fehlkauf und ich würde diesen Gurt auch niemandem empfehlen.
