Good snare for the money

Sounds great. Easy to tune. Build quality good. This snare feels like professional drum instrument. Sounds and feels way better than looks, but for this price I doubt I can find snare as good as this Pearl Special Reserve.
Definitely worth of buying.
pros: good sound, easy tuning, great price
cons: poor finish options

Great Snare with Incredible Pro Feature!

Such an Amazing Sounding and looking snare, it has lots of pro features ( the remo heads, the snare wires and the lugs) highly recommend that you guys buy this Incredibly Versatile Snare drum!

Ich spiele als 2. Set ein Pearl Decade Maple in Farbe Satin Brown Burst und bin zugegeben ein echter Pearl Fetischist was BD und Toms, erst recht die Hardware, betrifft.
Denn bei Snares bin ich bisher stets bei Tama hängen geblieben und nicht so recht an den Pearl Snare Sound herangekommen.

Nun denn, da das eigentlich nicht passt, kam mir die Pearl/Thomann Snare gerade recht.
Was also lag näher die Snare zu kaufen - denn die originale, also beim Decade Set mitgelieferte ist eher....naja :-)

Nach einer wie immer Turbo-Prompt-Lieferung vom großen T, packe ich die Snare mit wirklich großen Augen aus:

Was Thomann hier mit Pearl als Limited Thomann Edition für € 289,- bietet, sucht seinesgleichen ! Der Hammer !
Chapeau für dieses Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Danke !

Die zweite Überraschung erlebe ich beim Stimmen.

Anstatt sofort die Felle zu tauschen, entscheide ich mich diesmal die serienmässig aufgezogenen Remo Ambassador Schlag- und Resofelle einfach mal auszuprobieren:

JO !

Die Snare ist mit minimalstem Stimmaufwand super schnell in exakt die Soundrange zu schrauben, die mir liegt und die ich auch haben will.
Der dünne Kessel spricht ultraschnell an und die Verstärkungsringe holen einen ordentlichen, knackien Wumms dazu.
1a*** erste Sahne!

Vielen Dank an Thomann für diese Klasse (Pearl) Snare.
