Good product, better customer support

First of all, on the drum, great complement to the standard 5 piece set. It sounds much deeper than the 16. Same quality and exact matching color with the rest of the set.

Unfortunately this product was delivered almost a month late due to stock issues. Am I bothered? Not, because Thomann was upfront with the situation, had frequent communication with me on the status and offered to deliver the rest of the order in advance. I consider this quality customer service.

Just a recommendation/ request, when you do an order over a certain amount, it would be nice to receive some goodies in the box, like guitar picks, a sticker, a couple drumsticks, whatever, something testimonial, it would be a nice touch.

Super Standtom zum super Preis

Wer für vergleichsweise wenig Geld eine Super Standtom in 18"x 16" sucht, ist bei der Pearl Export Serie genau richtig. Auch mit den Standart Fellen klingt sie super voluminös und tief. Ich habe mir noch ein Remo Pinstripe Fell drauf gespannt und bin vom Sound und Preis/Leistungsverhältnis begeistert.

Ich habe mir die 18''Floor Tom als zweite Tom gekauft und kann nur sagen, dass es sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt hat. Zum einen ist der Sound perfekt. Nicht zu laut und nicht zu leise, also genau, wie ichs mir vorgestellt habe. Und zum anderen ist die Optik ebenfalls super, vorallem wenn man ein rotes Drum-Set hat, dann kann man die Tom damit gut kombinieren.
Also für den Preis ist die Tom unschlagbar.
Und deswegen bin ich sehr zufrieden.
