I bought it for metal mouthpiece and its ok. But some soap is very good alternative for it. If u dont have money for this, buy soap because is the same.

This is a nice cleaning spray, it smells good and helps clean the surface of my mouthpieces. I use it on rubber clarinet MPCs as well as on saxophone metal MPCs and it works as advertised. It lasts a lot, too, I've bought two cans so far, the first one a year ago and I'm still not done with it.

Just spray it on your mouthpiece and clean it with a cloth - all those disgusting traces in your saliva go away immediately. It always helps to brush your teeth before playing any wind instrument, but your mouthpieces need cleaning after every session nonetheless.
