I'm personally not a stage Tres player, but I use the instrument to compose and give a feeling and colour to the composition.
There are not a lot of strings choices for the Cuban Tres instrument out there, but from all the choices there are, La Bella CT 750 strings are definitively the one to go for me and for many other Tres players I know in Cuba and in Puerto Rico, where they play the instrument.
They feel pretty good while playing, they "ring" very long and gives those overtones that the Cuban Tres is known for.
Price is "fair" for the quality it offers.
I take with me always, when travelling to Cuba, quite a few sets to give to the Tres players there and they love it,..actually they were the one who recommended me to buy it.
It would be good for the users also, that I give a "negative" opinion, but so far, I don?t have any.
