The Weckl muffler is excellent sonically as it doesn't muffle the entire head, but only the base of the head. You can adjust the dampening by moving the clips provided back or as close as you like from the head.

The only issue with the product, is that adjusting the muffling can be annoying if you want to do it quickly, as putting your hand through the port hole to make the adjustment can be tedious, unlike the Evan's eMad or the Thon Rock pillow which requires no clamps, only velcro.

In transit, the clips may pull away from the velcro strips, which is something that has happened to me many times.

I am using this size even for smaller kicks, sometimes even on the both heads. Makes a difference!

diese kleine rolle bringt echt viel und vor allem den (von mir) gewünschten sound! Sehr knackig, vielleicht etwas leiser als ich erwartet hatte, jedoch benutze ich ein mikro bei gigs und da kommt der sound echt hammer ;)

das anbringen ist sehr leicht und scheint dauerhaft gut zu halten. eine super gute alternative zur alten decke oder einem kissen aus großmütterchens zeiten :) lohnt sich!!!

Ottima soluzione per chi ama la cassa quasi libera, senza le solite coperte di rito o cuscini riempitivi.

Facile da applicare e togliere all'esigenza, i tre ganci si applicano con velcro al fusto, sono di metallo malleabile che permette di stringere e allargare a piacimento il cuscino, permettendo anche l'uso di altri materiali non in dotazione.
Suggerisco l'utilizzo sulla pelle risonante della cassa, lasciando libera la battente, oppure, per chi cerca un suono ancora con meno armonici, utilizzare un secondo muff sulla pelle battente.

Personalmente la utilizzo sulle risonanti di tre casse con legni diversi e il risultato è sempre validissimo, un suono controllato ma "ciccione" come da cassa completamente libera da sordine e cuscini.
Tutto positivo! Consigliato
