A game changer
I replace the original bridge pickup on a Fender Telecaster American Performer and it was the best thing I could ever did to that guitar.
It didn't loose that Tele "spanky twanky" sound , it added a bit more of output and roundness to the sound.
It's not much as an humbucker but much pleasant and versatile than the original single coil pickup without losing the Tele essence.
I love it's sound.
Totally recommend it!
P.s. : make sure your guitar is properly grounded so you don't have surprises with lots of feedback, remember that it has more output , and if you use it with and original Fender pickup on the neck position you probably have to switch phases on the SD pickup.
