Buy this
I bought three for an open mic (I wanted a few new mics for others to use). My 58 was battered, and I stopped using it some years ago. I think I initially bought one - as soon as I could do so, I A/B'ed it with a Rode NT3 (£150) in a live situation. Apart from a slight increase in presence with the NT3 there was no discernible difference in sound quality or noise/signal ratio. As soon as I'd established the quality I bought two more. That was about a year ago, and they seem to working fine. They are robust and absolutely fantastic value at less than 33% of the price of the model they are copying, with a good quality clip too. For anyone considering buying the original product (whether on a budget or not), I would recommend this alternative. Why not spend the £70 you save on something else (like two more), or give it to charity?

Great microphone, great price
We bought this for use as a vocal microphone. We had only ever used Shure mics in our band and said we'd take a gamble on this when it was such a good price that we couldn't lose. We either get a good mic or a handy spare to have as back up. We have found it to be just as good as our Shure mics and would definitely recommend and definitely buy t.bone mics again.

Excellent Especially for the price
Incredibly good mic, I went with the swtchless microphones due to mixing from the desk.
Sound quality is great and these micr rival sm58 in almost every expect. Used as house mics for a local small venue's house gear, I use these microphones as backing vocals within my band as well. They have also been used to mic up guitar amps and other random instruments like banjos and squeeze boxes, without any difficulty. The bodies pick up quite a lot of tap if they are carried around which is the only negative I can find but as long as they stay in mic stands then there is nothing I can fault with them. Thoroughly Recommend.
Ohh and Thomann were great with delivery :D

Bargain!
For the price this a great product. I got it in a deal with a mic lead and stand so got it even cheaper. Comes with a proper case and sounds like an SM58. I gig it every weekend. Couldn't be happier

SM58 (almost) for a bargain
These mics are pretty much interchangeable with SM58's in your standard small gig environment. Not quite as sturdy but the sound is fine for most live vocals. A veritable bargain for a good mic.

An inexpensive mic that works well on stage
I like this mic. It's inexpensive but works well on stage with voices and voice-like instruments such as violins and accordions. Over time I'll try it with some other instruments. I've bought several and may buy more in future.

t.bone MB85 Beta
Great value mic. Solidly built SM58 clone. Comes in a great padded case for protection and even includes a mic clip. Sound quality is pretty good for an all round dynamic mic. Definately gig-able. Recomended!

t.bone MB85 Beta
This microphone is very good for the price you pay. I now have 4 in my hire stock they go out on hires a lot with no complaints at all on the way they sound.

Pass the mic!
The t.bone range are very impressive. This fits in my Thomann producer bag and I've been using it when out on the road. I need to A/B it with other similar mics on the market.
