Excellent high frequency speaker for the price

I used this speaker in a 3 way system i designed myself, for which cost was a deciding factor. For the purpose it was very good, as they are very cheap, have a high power handeling and produce quite good sound. The only negative is that they don't go as low as i could wish, but i knew that before i purchased them and cannot expect them to do so when they come so cheap.

Replacement horns

I purchased these horns to replace the ones that had blown in my EV FORCE I monitors of which I had 6. EV did not respond to my emails to source the proper replacements so these were the only ones that would phisically fit. I am extremely pleased with the result and the quality of the horn and the fact they are rated at 200 watts is a bonus

Super Sound fürs schmale Budget

Hier gekauft - wenige Tage später bei mir Zuhause als Ersatzhorn in die SIRUS PS-12 Tops eingebaut. Nicht nur bei Thomann geht die Post ab, sondern erst recht, wenn man solch einen Hochtöner erst mal in eine Box eingebaut hat.

Der Kunststoff ist, wie beschrieben, echt schlagfest. Das habe ich mit einem Hammer ausprobiert.

Egal ob in einer zwei- oder in einer drei-wege-Box eingebaut, der VISATON HTH 8.7 Hochtöner schlägt sich super. Empfehlenswert ist unter anderem die Kombination mit einem 12-Zoll Lautsprecher. Nun trau ich mich, mit meinen gepimpten Sirus-Boxen ca. 200 Leute zu beschallen.

Fazit: Super Sound fürs schmale Budget!
