We got this little thing just to test it, my oh my how we love it. Using ADJ Haze fluid we get smoke hang-time at around 1 hour (with no ventilation). This is just outstanding. And 30 sec. after remote or dmx signal is zero, it does a cleaning and returns to standby mode. Huge plus!
Downside for this fogger is the plastic nipple on the can sticking out in front. Very fragile! Consider this if it to be used in a mobile setup.

Brilliant for Inside Gigs (small to medium)

Upgraded to this hazer only few months ago and have used it hand full of times already. Overall it's a powerful machine and packs a punch, Best use would be inside or closed areas with 0 to no wind as haze doesn't output enough to stay around.

Longest time I've ran so far has been 6 hours on full 10.00% and no overheating problems and a steady output of haze throughout + with the Hefty tank capacity I didn't have to refill it within that space of time as with my older hazer I would have to refill every 1.5/2 hours on full output.

Few things to look out for would be the plug-in remote which comes with it if your not going to be using DMX, its pretty flimsy and mine came defected but managed to fix myself, you can buy separate replacements but is disappointing there not a better build quality, another would be the front quick release lid is made of plastic so far its holding up but I've been careful with transportation as it seems it'd break pretty easy again you can buy replacement parts if need be which is always nice to have the option as I know some people like to have backup parts just incase.

Overall I think its worth the price and I'm happy with my purchase and would buy again if need be! another good listing from Thomann.

Noisy when in standby mode

Love the unit and seems to produce haze nicely but i'm having to return it due to the noise it makes when it's not in use. The fan spins down to a whisper however the air pump inside continues to buzz loudly. Wouldn't be an issue whilst playing music, but stage and speeches you would need to turn it off at the back which defeats the use of DMX. I'm not sure if this is a design flaw or a faulty unit.
