Die AHEAD 5BR Rock Sticks sind Drumsticks mit Aluminiumkern und auswechselbarer Kunststoffhülse sowie auswechselbarem Kopf.
Als ich sie zu Hause ausgepackt habe dachte ich nur Oh mein Gott, was für riesige Monster sind das denn? Sie sahen brutal groß aus und fühlten sich schwer an. Dann habe ich sie ausprobiert und war mehr als nur überrascht, denn das Spielgefühl war einfach hammer! Auch schnelle Fills sind damit kein Problem und Rimshots klingen einfach krass. Und genau da liegt der Haken - leider!
Diese Sticks sind trotz ihrer Stabilität nicht für dauerhafte Rimshots geeignet. Nach zwei Wochen habe ich einen zerbrochen. Man muss natürlich dazusagen, dass wahrscheinlich kein Drumstick Rimshots auf Dauer aushält! Deswegen kann man die AHEAD Sticks dafür nicht zur Verantwortung ziehen! Für den Preis sollte man Rimshots aber definitiv sein lassen und billigere Sticks verwenden.
Für alle die laut spielen und einen extrem kraftvollen Sound wollen, aber keine Rimshots machen, die sollten diese Sticks auf jeden Fall mal ausprobieren, denn ich bin sicher, dass die ewig halten! Und die Ersatzhülsen kosten dann weniger als ein neuer Satz Sticks!

Le migliori
Ottimo lavoro Ahead. Da molti anni ormai mi affido a questo marchio per le mie bacchette da batteria, utilizzo tendenzialmente il modello 5B ma le ho provate praticamente tutte! Solidissime e ben bilanciate, favoriscono il rebound e anche il suono sembra più corposo... durano tantissimo e non danneggiano la batteria, non sono "cattive" con i piatti e non producono nemmeno la segatura tipica delle bacchette tradizionali. Anche i polsi ringraziano. Che dire... fantastiche!
Ad alcuni possono piacere e ad altri no, ma consiglio a tutti di provarle per un po', almeno una volta nella vita.

Incroyable
Incroyable c'est le mot qui m'est venu à l'esprit la première fois que j'ai joué avec, l'équilibre est quasi parfait, et l'utilisation très agréable.
Moi qui était habitué à changer de baguette toute les 15-20H de jeux, je suis dans les 40 et elles ne sont encore pas entamées.
Bien puissantes et increvable, elle conviennent très bien pour un jeux agressif. Seulle l'olive plastique pourra rebuter certain.
Je ne voudrais en changer pour rien au monde. L'investissement vaut le coup.

Una buena elección.
Si el tamaño que buscas es 5B, estas baquetas son una buena elección para los que están cansados de la madera, o que quieren probar otro material. Unas baquetas que van muy bien para Rock como para Metal, y que califico con 4 estrellas por que aún me quedan por probar bastantes y nunca se sabe. Pero sin duda recomiendo su compra.

Good Quality Sticks for Hard Drumming
If you're a drummer like me, you love to really give it to the battery while behind the kit! These sticks have great durability thanks to their aluminum base, lasting far longer than any wooden counterparts.
The plastic sleeve covering said aluminum will get worn out and eventually break, but still lasts longer than wood and you can just switch them out to fresh ones for a far cheaper price than buying a whole new pair of sticks. You can also unscrew the tips and replace them with other kinds of tips.
While more expensive than most wooden sticks, their longevity more than makes up for this as you'll only need to buy one set of sticks and replace parts that break or get worn down, rather than buy whole new ones.
I play in a heavy metal band twice a week and I've only had to buy completely new sticks once every two years since I started using these.

Long Lasting, More Comfortable
These sticks have lasted me over 2 years in the past, and I am able to play for much longer with a lot less stress/fatigue in my wrist than I would with wooden sticks. Despite their size, they are not heavy at all, and I am able to play quite fast with them and get a natural yet way louder and clearer sound than I would with wooden sticks. I highly reccomend AHEAD to anyone that hasn't tried them.

Sind ihr Geld wert!
Anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig, kommen sie einem sehr schwer vor, wenn man bisher mit leichten Sticks spielte. Auf Dauer allerdings, machen sie richtig Spaß, da das Spielen lauter und somit das Durchsetzungsvermögen besser ist. Sie halten definitv länger als leichte Holz-Sticks.
Wer allerdings übertrieben auf seine Becken eindrischt, darf sich nicht wundern, wenn diese alsbald schlappmachen. ;-)

Ahead è sempre Ahead
Utilizzo da molti anni bacchette ahead. Ho provato diversi modelli ma le 5B sono quelle che preferisco.
Abituato alle classiche 5B, queste risultano più pesanti e personalmente preferisco il modello classico, ma chi ha una corporatura più robusta della mia potrebbe trovare un'ottimo feeling con queste bacchette.

AHEAD 5BR
Super Sticks. Relativ Kopflastige Sticks mit Super Rebound. Troz des im Vergelich zu Normalen 5B Sticks hohen gewichts ist schnelles Spiel und auch filligrane Hihat pattern bzw Ghostnotes auf der Snare problemlos möglich und durch den sehr guten Rebound sogar teilweise einfacher.
Ich Spiele die Sticks inzwischen gut 6 Monate auf thin Becken, diese haben keinerlei Schaden von den Sticks getragen daher kann ich denen Widersprechen die hier von Beckenkiller sprechen.
