Best strings for my acoustic. I use 13s for my Gibson J-35. This is a short scale guitar (Gibson scale - 628mm), so the 13s feel not so sharp to your fingers. Then I use 12s for the regular scale (Martin scale - 648-650mm) guitars. Of all the brands, Elixir is the one that last the longest and always feels and sounds like new. Highly recommended!

Great strings
I gig quite heavily and am very heavy handed whilst strumming, these strings can last quite some time and feel great to play

Quality and sound.
My experience with this size is that it is suitable for baritone acoustic guitar in open B, C or conventional acoustic guitar in open D, G - but a capo on the second fret is necessary for comfortable playing.

Simply the best guitar strings!
I bought my first set of elixir strings years ago; they are a lot dearer than most guitar strings, but more than worth it! They never go rusty, and keep their tone for ages! They are the best guitar and mandolin strings on the market!

Item excellent. Customer service very slow though.
I've bought Elixir strings before and never been disappointed by their durability. Even though they cost nearly three times as much as regular strings the time saved in changing over strings and the brightness in their sound is retained over a much longer time. I would happily buy these strings again.
