Best tape in the world

I run a small PA and lighting business and corporate with many different bands and companies. Therefore it is very important to have good equipment, especially when you have many different locations on tour.

Before I tried the Gerband Tape I was using tape by Tesa which even had a similar price. To sum it up: This tape was so bad, that I have to clean all my cables after the show. This costs me hours on a Sunday afternoon. I need my equipment almost every week and I cannot afford every Sunday cleaning cables.

Then I came up with the Gerband. After the first gig in a small pub, all my cables were the same that before. There were no signs of anything and had the same condition afterswards (except for the beer silly people put onto the subwoofers).
And after a lot of other venues I can say: The good impression stays long. Even after a few weeks the Gerband works perfectly fine. I also used this tapes on white walls and the walls are in same condition afterwards than before.
One of the best things is that you can buy the tape in different colors. Thumps Up!

My new standard tape

I bought this tape originally for rental cables that don't permit fixing them with regular "gaffer's tape" due tue residue. First tests on all sorts of surfaces (short of my lens glass) looked promising. Though it's adhesive felt to be a little weaker than low-cost tesa 4613, it beats it in the long run, in clean removal and looks (matte-black). When the cheap stuff was already falling off due tue drying of the adhesive, this just keeps sticking. It also retains it's adhesiveness very well when removing and reapplying (as long as it doesn't gather dust).

I was expecting a normal size tape, i didnt see the details. So instead of a normal size tape i recieved a giant tape which i really like. Dont be confused by the photo. This thing is a beast

Easy removable

If you ever tried to remove cheap tape from cables or so, you will know what I am talking about. It's a mess! Usually you need another run to get rid of the glue the tape left on the object it stuck to. But the Gerband tape is totally different. It is not too sticky, but sticky enough to patch almost anything. And its best feature: it is removable without any marks or stains, even after a while!
