Great solution for my pedalboard!
I have a few MIDI pedals (Eventide, TC electronic, etc) on my pedal-board and I also use a MIDI controller which doubles as an audio-loop controller (It's the RJM PBC)
I decided that I needed a MIDI splitter (MIDI Solutions) so that rather than daisy-chaining everything, the MIDI messages would go straight to each pedal from the MIDI controller. I mounted this under my Aclam pedal-board.
I realised that a space-saving right-angle MIDI cable would be the ideal solution to connect the MIDI controller to the MIDI splitter, but the ones I looked at from Hosa were the wrong way round - in other words the cable when attached was pointing up, rather than down!
The Manikin MIDI cable is perfect for my application, because when you attach it to the MIDI controller, the cable is pointing downwards, and therefore it is a neat and tidy solution to enable me to connect to the MIDI splitter underneath the pedal-board.
I have used it several times now as part of my new pedal-board set-up and it works very well!

Angled connector very helpful
It transmits MIDI data, it seems strong, and didn't cost much. Should be fine on all counts.

Manikin midi cable
I bought these midi cables because they where straight/angled. Very nice for keeping the midi cable management nice and tidy.

Extra compact angled MIDI plug on one end, staright MIDI plug on the other?
I have a couple of Eventide Factor pedals & a TC Niva System i wanted to connect via MIDI & using 2 of these to make 1 MIFDI cable enabled me to mount them as close as i possibly could

Does what it is supposed to do
Great little cable, super handy for my application where there's not a lot of room behind the keyboard that I was trying to connect.

Good midi cable
I use it to connect my pedal switcher to any pedal that receives midi.
No problems with it so far, good cable, nothing more to say.
