Good for the price
I bought this cable to experiment with controlling guitar FX over MIDI.
My main reason for purchase was that it was a very inexpensive cable. My expectation was that it would be a functional, but basic cable and that's been largely my experience.
The connectors are functional and I have had no problems with signal loss when using it, but they feel like they may not survive a large number of insertions.
I also found it somewhat fiddlier to plug in compared to a more expensive cable which may be because it's not built to the highest tolerances.
In the end I purchased a more expensive cable for gigging use where I need to be certain that I can have rock solid reliability, but I would not hesitate to recommend this cable for someone wanting to connect up some equipment in a home environment where reliability is less critical and the devices are less likely to be continually unplugged and reconnected.

Just as good as anything else
Nice, affordable MIDI-cable. Just as good as anything else for my purposes, which is controlling my MIDI-controlled rack units.

Simple - does the job.
A simple midi cable. Just using this to link in another midi controllable effect for guitar.
Doesn't seem built to be the heaviest or best quality cable, but to be honest, once in place, it won't move. Does what it should and more than fair for the cheap price. You'll struggle to find a simple short cable like this anywhere else.
A lot of better quality cables only came with right angled ends - not ideal in some compact set ups.
Didn't give it full stars for quality as it is obviously cheaply made, but again it does work fine and is spot on for the money.

Works great, no issues. Highly recommend using different colors for each instrument as it helps debug issues or easily re-write.

I have several colors and it is useful for to follow connections. Good idea for colorful midi cable usage.

I've switched to low profile right angle connectors now, because space is an issue, but if you have the room then there are no complaints about this cable

Seems legit...
As mentioned elsewhere, I use these in keyboard module racks, so I'm not constantly plugging/unplugging them... but they haven't let me down yet. Recommended.
