Good basic cymbal bag with a couple extra features

Well, it's a bag for cymbals that looks quite decent for the price and has a couple extra features compared to other budget ones. It has two separate compartments and the big compartment also has 2 separation sleeves. At this price most other bags only have one big compartment with no sleeves, so this one has more features.

There are certainly better bags than this one quality-wise though, if you're willing to pay more. For example the sleeves inside are quite short, so the cymbals still come in touch with one another. Also, there is no reinforcement on the bottom that is usually the part that weakens out after use and the cymbals can tear the bag through and hit the ground every time you put it down. This happened to my old bag (a stagg budget one btw) so I had to replace it.
In all fairness, this won't happen immediately and I just recently got this bag so I can't say anything certain, but some extra padding or a patch of leather underneath wouldn't skyrocket the price and it would make this bag much better.

Anyway...all in all, it's a decent bag for the money.

Great bag except for one issue

This bag is really great for the price.
Quality is good but unfortunately it lacks any padding in the bottom. This means that any time you put it down you have to be extremely careful or you risk damaging your cymbals.
Care must also be taken so nothing can happen to damage your cymbals during transport because of this.

I resolved the issue by stuffing an old bedsheet in the bag, not perfect but at least offers some additional protection.

Unfortunately, due to this flaw, I wouldn't recommend this product.

This is an upgrade from one of the cheaper bags I've had for years (which sadly has seen too much wear and tear and had to be retired). I was actually going to buy the cheaper one again, but they were out of stock. However, I'm glad I bought this one instead:

The padding is at least twice as thick as my older bag. There are two linings inside creating three 'compartments'. The zips seem larger and sturdier. The handle strapping is sewed onto the bag all the way from top to bottom to distribute the weight better.

The circular pouch on the outside could hold accessories, or your hi-hats or splashes (the previous bag had a semi-circle shaped pouch that cymbals wouldn't fit into).

It's just a stronger design of bag overall, and looks great. I'm still expecting the metal clasps on the shoulder strap to break at some point (because they always do in the end), but the hand-strap will be fine for a long time.

If there was one thing to add to it that I don't think I've seen on any bag, is some rubber on the bottom side, so you can put the bag down on a rain or snow soaked road surface while you're packing your van at 3am.
