I have bought a number of these over the years for band gear. They are well made and will take a fair amount of abuse. We use them for mics, leads and the miscellaneous items that need some protection. This is a good size as you can get a lot of gear in them and when loaded you can still pick them up without any real problems. Anything much bigger becomes a lifting problem due to weight. The metal trims protect the case and none of the ones we have has ever gone mis-shapen. Handle is plastic on a pivot mechanism - seem solid and have never had one fall off. My only suggestion is if this could be padded - but that's a minor niggle. Locks and hinges are also really solid. Recommended and are a really good price for what they are.

Tremendous value
Build quality is comparable to much more expensive gear. Im in the USA, and been a musician for 20 years. Typically a 160 dollar case. Just need to install your own foam and you are ready to go

Good quality
Solid build, no negatives that I can think of.
We use a couple of the cases for storing and transporting cables etc. Handy for keeping everything together (one case for XLRs, one for power blocks etc) The fact that they come in different colours also sorts the problem of "Which case is that cable in".
They'll take a good knock with little or no damage to the case or it's contents.

Great case, great price
After lugging around many cables in a large flight case, I was getting to the point of too many cables! A friend suggested I tried these and they are that good I immediately bought 3 to replace my one large case. The case has a great, solid feel.
The singled handle is positioned well and makes the case easy to lift and carry. The catches are well made and very solid. I also like the black design, which offers a strong yet durable finish for a case that will get much use. On all of the corners, they have a round metal block which means putting on hard floors or packing into a van is easy and no problem for damaging the case.
Overall, a top quality case at what can only be described as a bargain!!

Built like a tank!
I bought this to store all my gigging accessories in, Tube DI box / Pre, Tuner, Strings, IEMs, Cables, Tools etc. and I had been struggling to find a box which wasn't cheap ABS plastic and was also big enough to keep everything in. This is the perfect size! Although it doesn't come with any foam, for a fiver online you can buy packing foam in essentially the exact right size to fit. What a bargain! Highly recommended, feels like it will last years.

Solid, well made case
I bought this to carry my leads / pedals for my keyboards while on gigs as fitting them into the previous case was turning into a regular game of Tetris.
It feels very solid, has rounded corners (so you don't scratch things if you knock into them) and plenty of room inside to fit everything, including folders / sheet music if required.
My only minor issue is the handle - I think it could be a bit bigger / more substantial, particularly as the case is big enough to carry a lot of heavy gear.
Apart from that - very happy with the purchase.

Quite impressed
For the money this isn't a bad case at all. I use mine mostly for leads, D.I boxes and misc parts. A bit of thin padding inside would be good and the handle could do with being a little rounder or softer as it cuts into your hand a bit but like I said for the money its a good sizeable carry case. The padlock hole feature/option is a nice little touch for a touring band/performer.

Sticks a lot of abuse,,,
Ours is filled with cables, which makes it quite heavy. But even though it's thrown around, it is showing no signs of damage. It's great too that the latches can be secured with a padlock/s for security.

If you want to protect your sound gear with the most security possible, this is the case to get. A bit on the heavy side, but that's the price you pay for quality and robustness.
