Used in a small untreated room for monitoring and casual listening/gaming.
Great sound. Compared them to Yamaha HS7s and these have slightly punchier bass in my opinion despite having smaller woofers, and the treble seems slightly clearer to me despite it not sounding as harsh as the Yamahas. Mids are also clear but they're not as prominent as the highs. There's some basic EQ settings on the back to adjust this if you want to though. Minor annoyance is the rear power button which makes it annoying to blindly fumble after when turning them on/off. I wish Adam had put the power button on the front of the speakers like they do on their higher end models.
Build is also excellent. Design is simple and clean. Nothing too fancy but there's no glossy plastic like the JBL 305P (Which IMO look ugly compared to the original LSR305) so they won't offend anyone really. To be honest I don't care much about them looking anything fancy but I'm glad they don't collect fingerprints and microscratches like something made with glossy plastic would.
They have both balanced and unbalanced connectivity which is nice. I run them through XLR to my USB interface and have experienced no problems. Only thing I can complain about here is the included power cables are a bit short.
All in all great speakers and I'd recommend buying them.

Beställde i par.
Beställde denna i par, fick dock bara en men Thomann kundsupport ser ut att kunna lösa det problemet utan problem. Jag har testat den jag fick och den funkar otroligt bra. Härlig bas och balanserat samt klart ljud. Rekommenderar starkt denna. Nämnde jag att den är snygg också?

These are awesome. I like these a lot. My friends both have KRK 5s. Like these more.

Great monitors for the price
I produce, mix and master music, anything from EDM to Metal, and I upgraded to these from the M-audio Bx5's. I use them in a slightly treated room which I have also complemented with Sonarworks for room/monitor correction. For the price I think it is hard to beat these, the m-audio's served me well but the Adam's have a much clearer midrange, the highs are more defined yet also more silky. Overall the clarity is just greater, which make them more suitable for mixing/mastering. I went for the 5 inch model as I am not a very large room and didn't want the bass to go out of control. All in all very pleased with them!
