Handy piece of kit with 1001 uses
I realise that some folk think attaching a strap to a guitar headstock is a bit uncool but so is drilling a hole in the heel of a very nice Collings OM42!
This thing is very useful to have around in the studio as a quick fix when using fretted instruments which lack a suitable strap attachment. Especially when recording, it's a pain to be continually putting an instrument on a stand and picking it up again every time you need your hands for putting on headphones, tweaking a mic or player position, or whatever. I've had it on guitars, mandolins, mandolas, banjos, bazoukis, charangos, lauds and bandurrias. It's pretty robust and I'm happy using it even on some quite posh instruments. I've also used it on occasion for suspending chimes, bells and other dangly-tinklys.
Playing out live I'd always look for a permanent strap attachment solution on my instruments, but this is useful to have around.

Does it's job but the material disintegrates leaving black crumbs everywhere.

Excellent guitar strap!
Using it for my acoustic guitar. I was using a piece of rope until now. This feels much better, and is easier to remove. Will hold well, unless you try doing some crazy tricks (which you really should not).

Great product
Very good product, strong and solid. I recommend it to any acoustic guitar player. I find it a very economical and honest solution. No need for extra screws or any other installation. Just go for it !!!

Good stuff - for guitars with only one strap button
My guitar only has 1 strap button. I also like having the strap attached to the head of the guitar rather than the body. This does the job perfectly.
