It doesn't sound like demos at all. I also have a Gretsch, made in Korea, the 125th anniversary series. It sounds beastly, but it was imported from the United States. This is somlly painted awood with barb wire attached to it.

The manufacturers probably thought that it's good enough. Well... NO. K feel cheated. I payed 100 euros to be disappointed and get angry every time I play it. Shame on you Gretsch. Shame on you Thomann.

Unplayable out of the box !
Had to change the tuners…..have a new nut cut…..frets dressed……I eventually removed the crap Chinese Bigsby and now it plays in tune….should not have to undertake all that work on a new guitar

Muss aber die Bundreinheit nachjustieren, was durch die Schraubmöglichkeit kein Problem ist.
Durch die Halbresonanz habe ich den Eindruck das man etwas mehr nachstimmen muss, als bei einer Solid Body Gitarre. Ich empfinde das aber nicht als ein Problem, da es um Nuancen geht.

C'est ma 5ème guitare. Ma 2ème Hollow Body. Cela fait 8 mois que je joue avec.
Quelques réglages à faire au début pour avoir un jeu confortable et qui me plait, rien de très compliqué.

Le son est une pure folie ! Le son Gretsch par excellence, avec un prix abordable. Les graves sont sublimes et profonds. Les aigus sont bien équilibrés. Dans mon Jupiter 45 c'est à coup sur un plaisir immense de l'entendre.

La qualité de fabrication est par contre un peu en dessous de ce qu'on attend d'une grande marque comme celle la. C'est pour cela qu'elle est abordable. Mais cela reste correct, et quand on l'entend, on oublie les quelques petites imperfections...
