The general quality of this case is good, considered its physical protection, this case could seal the deal and protect your precious guitar from any harm.

The only reason I put three stars on the total score is because there is a closing gap in between the plastic parts, even you have all the latches closed. And most importantly the gap is not negligibly small.

I try some old-school method such as clamps to press both side and leave it for several days, but still have no effect disappointingly. In this case, I would not say this is 100% rain-protective. However, in any situation, i will not take it outside if it is raining anyway.

In summary, I think SKB should have this flaw fixed, otherwise I see no reason why this case should charge this high with this price. From the photo, you can't see how large the gap clearly, so it is not fair to us without knowing that this case has such a problem.

So this was to fit my new PRS 24 custom, and this was the correct choice.

The only downside to this case is the price! it is expensive for what it is.

However, I needed a case with wheels, so this fit the bill. I could of bought the custom fit case, but because of the price i needed one i could keep forever!

The whole case is excellent quality all around. The outside plastic finish is great, the catches on the side are brilliant and feel very firm. The inside is beautiful and soft with a angled neck holder to fit most guitars.

The wheels glide along the floor and it is really easy to manage, not to mention the great handles on the top and the side, very secure and very strong.

I am now going to buy one for my bass guitar im that happy about it!

this will be the last case you ever BUY!

I been using that guitar case for 5 years. Is just perfect! Guitar fit nicely, material is really solid. Used it over flights, van and city traveling. This year i will do busking and case will give extra bass cause amp will stand on it! In home storage is just what I need it can stand vertical or horizontal and even use it like a table top. I want three more in future!
Only one - with long of wheel usage sometimes happen that hinge is slight going out from hole but all you need to do is push him back.

Oltuani niin tyytyväinen Les Paul-malleille erityisesti suunniteltuun vastaavaan koteloon, en voinut enää harkitakaan muuta koteloa erikoisemmalle kitaralleni.

Kotelon kantokahvoja on kolme, eli kantaminen onnistuu perinteisesti tai kahdestaan tai pyörien ansiosta perässä vetäen. Jättäessä kotelo pystyyn on kuitenkin aina riski, että pyörät pääsevät liikahtamaan ja kotelo kaatumaan, joten tätä kannattaa välttää. Neljästä salvasta kaksi ovat lukittavissa ja kotelossa on myös metallivahvisteiset reiät muita lukkoja varten.

Koskaan en ole koteloa täysin veteen upottanut, mutta suihkussa kuitenkin puhdistanut, eikä pisaraakaan vettä sisälle ilmestynyt.

Sisällä olevaan kahteen lokeroon saa helposti mahdutettua hihnan, piuhan, plektrat ja vaikka mitä.

Sitä kuinka hyvin oma soittimesi koteloon istuu selviää vain kokeilemalla, mutta uskoisin useimpien mallien pysyvän kotelon sisällä hyvin tuettuna. Oma Yamaha SG:ni ainakin lepää sisällä hyvin.

Kotelo on osoittautunut erittäin kestäväksi ja vaikka se on päätynyt isonkin pinon alimmaiseksi tai lappeelleen kaatunut, ei mikään sisällä on näyttänyt liikahtavankaan. Kotelo myös absorboi iskut itseensä, eikä johta iskuvoimaa sisälle. Kesävyyden lisäksi pintamateriaali on myös periksiantavaa, eli kovastakaan tällistä sen ei pitäisi lohjeta tai haljeta.

Lämmöneristystä en ole erityisemmin mittaillut, mutta kotelon oltua noin -10 asteen pakkasessa vajaa 2 tuntia, ei sisällä ollut kitara erityisen viileältä tuntunut. Normaalissa kotelossa tai kantopussissa keppi olisi jo jäätynyt.
