- The damping material is not glued on, but rather worked directly into the underside of the head and varies in thickness and width according to the head diameter
- Thanks to this individual damping, the new EC2S heads have more tone, sustain and a crisp attack
- Additionally, the new EC2S have an impressive voice spectrum and dynamic range
