Intellijel make great stuff.
That being said, this Digiverb is super noisy with plucky and percussive sounds and only works with sounds that have a long release.
Sounds more like a crappy delay than a reverb.
Build Quality is top notch like always with Intellijel.

a little disappointed

i purchased this reverb because it fits in the top of the 1 u portion of my intellijel case.
its a simple design and didn't cost much.
i wasnt extremely happy with the fact that the sound quality lowers quite a lot when you increase the mix level and therefore have to adjust
overall decibel level to bring amy signal back to an equal level.
i wouldn't say its the worst reverb unit available, but i definately wouldnt advise buying it to other customers unless you have a very limited budget.

Kleine aber feiner (simulierter) Federhall

Macht was er soll, ist günstig und nimmt wenig Platz im Rack.

Das Hallmodul ist vom Accutronics und nimmt leider recht viel Platz ein. Wer wie ich ein eher flaches case verwendet muss den Reverbtank ablöten und die Kabeln verlängern damit man den Tank anders verstauen kann.

Ein bisschen schade ist dass das Hallmodul an sich stereo unterstützen würde, dies aber nicht implementiert wurde vermutlich um nicht zu sehr in den Gewässern des grösseren Intellijel moduls zu fischen.

Sound:

Der Sound ist wie man es erwartet wenn man "lofi digitank" liest. Hier geht es nicht um raumfüllende Reverbwelten wie zB bei clouds sondern hier gibt es simulierten Federhall.
Vermutlich mit mehrstufigen BBDs.

Der blend-Regler könnte etwas feinfühliger sein, ab 50% ist er quasi ein on/off Schalter und der reine Wet Anteil macht mMn auch nicht viel Sinn bei einem Federhall.

Alles in allem genau das was ich gesucht habe um in meinem kleinen Rack einen Hall mit dabei zu haben.

Volle Kaufempfehlung.
