I fitted this to my Tom and the difference was amazing; cut out over sustain and ringing to deliver a good hefty toned sound, just what you want. Excellent.

Ich habe mir das Remo 8'' Powerstroke 4 gekauft und die Verarbeitung ist gut. Trotzdem benutze ich es nicht mehr, aus folgendem Grund:

Es ist sehr gedämmt (wie in der Produktbeschreibung schon gesagt ist). Da es sich aber um ein 8'' Fell handelt und deshalb auf eine 8'' Trommel gehört, die ja eh schon einen kleinen Körper zum klingen hat, ist die hohe Dämmung mit 2 Lagen und extra Ring nicht angebracht. Die Trommel kann einfach nicht klingen.

Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass das Remo Powerstroke 4 bei größeren Trommeln echt gut klingt. Aber nicht bei der 8 Zoll Trommel. Deshalb nur die 3 Sterne, auch wenn die Verarbeitung echt gut ist.

Keine störenden Obertöne mehr

Hurra, endlich habe ich ein Fell gefunden das kurz und knackig mit dem richtigen Bums in die von mir gespielte thomann Musikrichtung passt. Die mich enorm störenden Obertöne wie bei den Remo Ambassador Fellen, sind fast gänzlich nicht mehr vorhanden und der Sustain erfreulicherweise "very short". Fazit: Top geeignet für Hard and Heavy! Get it and have fun!
