A little on the softer side in scale but play perfectly straight out of the box. Very clean cut and vibrant that give a level of comfort and control slightly better compared to D'darrio Reeds or Vandoren which might need a little shaving or reed geek tool to get it playing it best, all the reeds play great which is a top reason to choose based on the higher price of this brand. They may not last as long playing back to back but play perfectly straight out of the box which is excellent . Try a pack today!

Ich habe vorher ausschließlich Vandoren (V12, Java Red) in Stärke 2 - 2,5 gespielt und habe zum Probieren mir eine Packung von diesen Blättern bestellt. Bisher war jedes Blatt aus der Packung ohne Probleme oder Nachbearbeitung spielbar und der Klang ist wesentlich kerniger als meine Vandoren Blätter.

Die Verarbeitung bekommt jedoch "nur" 4/5 Sternen wobei der Stern Abzug nicht von den Blättern selbst sondern der Verpackung kommt. Die Blätter kommen aus der Box lediglich mit einer Papier/Papp-Ummantelung, wenn man die Box falsch öffnet oder ungeschickt reingreift kann man sich so schon ein Blatt kaputtdrücken. Ich selbst verwende ein Reed Case (was ich jedem nur empfehlen kann) was das Problem umgeht, aber für den Preis kann man meiner Meinung nach schon wenigstens ein Plastikhülle für die Blätter (ala Vandoren) erwarten.

Die Blätter sind relativ leicht, aber mit meinem Mundstück (7‘er Bahnöffnung), komme ich recht gut zurecht damit.

Am a happy blower on Yany Tenor T992 using, after quite a journey through mostly artificial blades, Hartmann Hemp 2.0 blades. That remained my best choice, until today. I ordered a pack of Ishimori Wood-Stone natural reed blades 2.5, and got these yesterday. Installed one of these and started blowing. WOW,..... that, for me, is at least 100% if not 120% of the ease, tone, vibration of my Hartmann reed. So, what stops me.... you.... ??
